In Investment Products & Offering, which sits in the broader Private Banking and Investments organisation, we provide the foundation for a highly competitive investment product offering towards Danske Bank’s private customers across the Nordic markets. We constantly focus on enhancing our customers’ financial wellbeing and guide private customers in their wealth planning anchored by sound pension & investment concepts & recommendations, leading our clients towards meeting their long-term financial goals.

We are a Nordic unit consisting of 50+ highly skilled and motivated investment professionals, organized in 6 teams: Investment Value Propositions, Investment Concepts & Securities, Investment Products, Investment Distribution & Sales, Investment Strategy, and Investment Tax.

We are now looking for a driven and knowledgeable team player with a solid foundation in Danish pension offerings as our new Pension Specialist in pension. The position is in our office in Copenhagen, and might include limited occasional travel (at most twice a year inside the Nordics), offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Your role

As our new Pension Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the process of securing a strong product governance
• Work with product development and life-cycle management process from concept to launch, ensuring a strong value proposition for our customers
• Contribute to projects executing on strategic initiatives and other efforts 
• Monitor product performance and conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with market needs 
• Interact and drive dialogues with sourcing partners on product related matters, including overseeing related commercial terms 

About you

We are looking for a colleague who is motivated to create an appealing pension offering and delivering an outstanding user experience for our customers—someone who can translate regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive customer journeys and commercially sound solutions. You will join our Investment Value Proposition team that spans across Denmark, Finland, Sweden. 

We expect you to have a degree in business, finance or a related field, or substantial work experience within pension. 

The position requires fluent Danish and English skills.
