Our Area – Housing Products Across Denmark, Sweden and Finland
We are a small, specialised team within the Core Financing Tribe with responsibility for housing products and processes across Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Unlike many other squads, we are not responsible for IT applications. Instead, our focus is on product ownership and governance, process development, customer documents, controls and ensuring a strong customer experience across the housing area in the Nordic markets.
We support the bank and other Tribes with product development of housing products e.g. new products/features, regulatory updates, customer documents, and process changes that enable better customer journeys and efficient operations.
What to Expect
You will be part of a cross-functional and collaborative environment where you will contribute from day one. Your daily work will include a mix of business development tasks and operational responsibilities, such as:
- Contributing to small-scale projects and supporting decision material
- Developing, updating and improving business processes, documentation and customer-facing documents through a collaboration with many stakeholders across the Nordics
- Performing product-related controls and quality checks
- Supporting product enhancements across the Danish, Swedish and Finnish markets
- Providing analysis and structure for a variety of business problems
The weekly working hours are around 20 hours per week, based at our office in Postbyen, Copenhagen. Our working language is English, while the colleagues in the team are Danish.
Can‑do Mind-set with Strong Collaboration Skills
Your greatest assets are your motivation and your “yes we can” attitude. We are looking for someone with strong analytical abilities, demonstrated experience managing work independently and challenging existing practices, and the drive to make a real impact. You should be comfortable working in such an environment and enjoy switching between high-level thinking and detailed execution.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
- High level Finnish and/or Swedish language skills – essential for supporting our Finnish and Swedish products and documentation
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- A structured approach and the ability to work independently
- A good understanding of finance and home‑loan products is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel or SQL
- Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement)
Does the above excite you?
We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so please apply as soon as possible.
