About the role 

As an AI Developer in NewTech, you will have the opportunity to develop solutions with the latest AI tools and work with real-world applications that create measurable business value. You will work with both classical machine learning and modern LLM-based solutions, helping clients transform data into intelligent automation and decision support. You will collaborate closely with consultants, data specialists and client stakeholders, gaining experience across the full lifecycle of AI solution development from experimentation to production-ready deployment. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Develop and deploy machine learning and LLM-based applications that automate processes and extract insights from complex data. 

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions following best practices within MLOps, DevOps and DataOps. 

• Work with modern AI frameworks, tools and cloud platforms to build production-grade applications. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. 

• Contribute to shaping how organizations adopt and scale AI capabilities.

More specifically, we are looking for someone who: 

• Has solid technical skills in leveraging machine learning and LLM models, with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.  

• Has experience with frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Hugging Face, LangChain, DataBricks, MLFlow, FastAPI, MCP or similar is key and you are skilled in optimizing models for performance, scalability and interpretability.  

• Is familiar with cloud platforms, data pipelines and version control using Git, allowing you to integrate models into production seamlessly.  

• Above all, you’re interested in AI’s transformative potential and are keen to stay at the cutting edge of a field that changes almost daily. 

• Communicates confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. 

• Holds or are expected to complete a relevant master's degree before Autumn 2027.

As part of your development, you will join the KPMG Advisory Academy, a 14-month development program designed to give you a solid foundation for your consulting career. Through a combination of professional training, personal development, networking opportunities, and practical client experience, you will build key consulting skills while expanding your network across KPMG Advisory.
