Business Analyst, NewTech - KPMG Advisory Academy 2027

Ansøg jobbet Ansøgningsfrist 15. november 2026 Oprettet 1. oktober 2026

How will AI transform the way organizations work? At KPMG NewTech, you won't just discuss that question, you'll help answer it. Working with some of Denmark's largest organizations, you will help design AI-native ways of working through our NewPractice methodology, implement AI solutions, and support adoption across the business. If you are interested in emerging technologies, steep learning curves, and the opportunity to shape the future of work, this is the place to do it.

About the role

As a consultant in NewTech, you will help deliver AI transformation projects from strategy to implementation and adoption. You will support clients in rethinking how work gets done through AI, combining technology, change management, and business value creation.

Using our NewPractice methodology, you will help organizations build AI-native ways of working, working closely with clients, supporting project delivery, and contributing to proposals and new ideas. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and is motivated by ownership and impact.

AI is at the core of how we work. You will actively use AI tools in your daily work, helping us deliver projects smarter, develop new methods faster, and demonstrate effective AI adoption in practice.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to AI transformation projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, and adoption.

  • Work directly with client teams to design AI-native processes using our NewPractice methodology.

  • Use AI tools regularly in your own work and helping clients and colleagues do the same.

  • Translate what our technical teams build into something clients understand and want to use.

  • Support proposals and helping prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility and impact.

  • Help develop our methods and delivery approach as we scale.

Perks of joining NewTech

At KPMG NewTech, we work at the intersection of business, technology, and implementation. Unlike traditional consultants, we not only advise clients on transformation but also help design, build, and implement solutions alongside them. Our projects combine AI, automation, emerging technologies, and organizational change, giving you the opportunity to work across business and technical disciplines while turning ideas into practical solutions.

Our team brings together consultants, engineers, data scientists, and software developers who collaborate closely and learn from one another. Working in cross-functional teams, you will develop both advisory and technology-related skills while gaining experience from colleagues with diverse backgrounds.

What sets NewTech apart is our focus on consulting. From day one, you will help shape solutions, test technologies, and work directly with clients to promote adoption and value realization. It is an ideal environment for those who want to work with emerging technologies while staying close to real business challenges.

About you, our new team member

You have good analytical skills and enjoy solving business challenges where technology plays a central role. You are motivated by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and turning complex problems into actionable solutions. Experience with process mapping, use case development, value assessment, and stakeholder management is an advantage.

You are curious about how AI, automation, and data create business value and are motivated to learn about both the organizational and technical sides of transformation. Most importantly, you are self-motivated, collaborative, and motivated to grow in a fast-evolving field.

More specifically, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has some background in AI, automation, or digital transformation, whether within strategy, delivery, or change.

  • Has experience using AI tools in your work or studies, with an interest in developing your AI skills.

  • Has a structured way of working and the ability to keep projects moving forward.

  • Is comfortable working in an evolving environment where not everything is defined in advance.

  • Has a genuine curiosity about AI, its impact on organizations, and emerging trends shaping the business landscape.

  • Is fluent in English and Danish or another Scandinavian language.

  • Holds or are expected to complete a relevant master's degree before Autumn 2027.

The application deadline is 15 November, but we review applications on an ongoing basis and may close the process earlier - so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Interviews are expected to take place in November and December.

All we need from you is your CV, transcript, and a cover letter (a one-page document in which you answer the following three questions). How you choose to respond is entirely up to you - your answers will help us get to know you better and provide a basis for further discussion in a potential interview.

The questions are:

  1. Imagine you need to explain the value of using AI‑enabled ways of working with a client who has never used AI before. How would you approach the conversation and help them understand how AI could support their daily work and decision‑making?

  1. Why are you interested in a business analyst role in NewTech at this stage of your career, and what skills or areas are you most excited to develop?
