As Cluster Lead for the One Journey Cluster in Financing Business you will play a pivotal role in developing financial solutions through streamlined processes where we consistently focus on user experience and data driven insights.

What you will drive as a Cluster Lead

As a Cluster Lead in One Journey Cluster, you will ensure strategic direction and coordinated deliveries across all six squads.

As a Cluster Lead you will:

• Set the strategic direction and apply leadership to ensure customer focus, compliance and a commercial agenda in everything we do.
• Drive continuous improvement with an agile mindset and methodologies while ensuring coordinated deliveries from the cluster in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Ensuring that what we commit to is what we deliver. 
• Align priorities and diligently manage a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Have a strong focus on the personal and professional development of the Product Owners within your cluster. 
• Solid experience with delivering and improving end-to-end customer journeys.
• Be a global leader of leaders and support and develop Product Owners.
• Have an analytical and data driven approach to decision making and development of solutions.

What you bring to the role

We are looking for someone skilled at bridging business and technology. Your leadership style should be built on key values like openness, continuous learning and bias towards action in holistic solutions.

Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience with delivering and improving end-to-end customer journeys and driving process harmonisation across multiple countries.
• Experience with being a global leader of leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data driven approach to decision making and solutions.
• Domain knowledge and regulatory experience will be an advantage.
