Junior Event Consultant, Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I)
Join our Client Events team and help shape the future of one of the leading wholesale banks in the Nordics. You will coordinate events that bring together clients, industry leaders, and senior stakeholders, developing practical event management skills while contributing to meaningful relationship-building initiatives.
What you will be doing
As a Junior Event Consultant, you will join a collaborative team of three Event Consultants within LC&I Strategy & Execution, supporting a diverse portfolio of client conferences, executive forums, and networking events across the Nordics. You will work closely with experienced colleagues while gaining exposure to the full event lifecycle. You will:
- Coordinate event administration and participant communications
- Research venues, suppliers, and coordinate practical arrangements
- Support speakers with materials and biographical coordination
- Maintain event information across digital platforms and registration systems
- Contribute to event material production and presentation development
- Gather participant feedback to enhance future event experiences
- Explore digital tools and GenAI to streamline administrative processes
About you
- Experience from events, hospitality, coordination, or service-oriented environments (1-3 years)
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Fluent communication skills in Danish and English
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Service-minded approach with genuine interest in supporting others
- Curious mindset with eagerness to learn and develop
Experience with event platforms such as Stova would be valuable, along with familiarity with digital event management tools.

We operate a hybrid working model with 3-4 days per week in our Copenhagen office. Travelling will be required for selected events.
