Product Manager – Digital Savings & Investment Platform
Help customers move confidently from saving to investing through a new digital platform. You will lead the product vision for a savings and investment experience that connects advisory services, managed solutions, and digital guidance. This role puts you at the centre of building something meaningful for our customers' financial futures.
What you will be doing
You will translate our ambition for the Digital Savings & Investment Platform into a coherent product direction, working with business, technology, design, and partner teams to create customer experiences that make investing accessible and trusted. You will operate in a venture-style environment where customer insight meets commercial thinking.
- Own the product vision, proposition, and roadmap for the platform
- Define minimum viable product features, priorities, and success metrics
- Lead a micro-squad product organisation through discovery and delivery
- Guide customer discovery sessions and experimentation programmes
- Align business, design, technology, and content teams around shared goals
- Manage relationships with external partners and consultancies
- Build digital products that connect savings, investments, pensions, and advisory services
About you
You will thrive in this role by combining customer insight, commercial thinking, and execution discipline in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Product leadership experience from fintech, investing, brokerage, or consumer technology
- Track record building and launching digital products
- Understanding of growth, engagement, and customer behaviour analytics
- Ability to operate effectively in a venture-style environment
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships
- Experience with financial services regulation and investment products would be valuable, though we welcome applications from talented product leaders ready to learn about our industry.

What we offer you
This position can be located either Lithuania or Denmark. If the position is located in Lithuania monthly salary range will be from 4880 EUR to 7320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job). Please see all the benefits in Lithuania HERE.
Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Product Management.
You will join Wealth Planning & Investments in a high-impact product leadership role with the opportunity to shape a new digital platform from vision to first releases. We offer hybrid working arrangements with regular office presence in Copenhagen or Vilnius to support close collaboration. You will work with business, technology, design, advisory, and compliance teams in an environment focused on customer value and commercial results.
