Customer Capabilities is a diverse tribe of 130+ colleagues working in 14 cross-functional squads across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. Together, we design, build, and operate end-to-end solutions that support millions of customers and colleagues across Danske Bank. Our responsibilities span critical domains including Fees, Interest, Tax Reporting, Customer Communication, Document archiving, and modernisation of customer communication platforms. What you will be doing
You will join the Implementation and Adoption team, working closely with business stakeholders and technology professionals to create solutions that meets business requirements. You will collaborate with QA & Testing, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure our solutions are both functional and well-designed. Your work will directly contribute to how Danske Bank delivers technology solutions that satisfy business requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Perform analysis of datasets
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solution designs
- Contribute to project delivery within established frameworks
The weekly working hours are around 20 hours per week, based at our office in Postbyen, Copenhagen. Our working language is English.
About you
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with both business and technical audiences
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
- Curios about how business and technology is supported by AI
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel or SQL
- Fluent in English
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, or in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree with plans to start a Master’s program after the summer
Experience with requirements gathering, project management tools, or business analysis would be valuable additions to your profile.
