Senior Technical Business Analyst – Asset Finance Tribe (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Technical Business Analyst to join the Asset Finance Tribe, helping transform the world of asset finance. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business analysis capabilities, enabling you to shape innovative digital solutions that cater to diverse markets and customer types.

 

You will work in a cross-functional Agile squad alongside colleagues from various countries, including Denmark, Lithuania, Finland, and India. Your goal is to translate real business needs into actionable, high-quality technical solutions while ensuring system scalability, performance, and resilience.

About the Asset Finance Tribe

Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define functional and technical requirements
  • Translate real business needs into actionable plans and technical specifications, identify gaps or risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies
  • Analyze APIs, integration points, and system architecture to ensure feasibility, design and refine user flows and process models
  • Maintain and refine a well-structured product backlog aligned with Agile principles
  • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives
  • Oversee the creation and execution of software test plans
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, data models, and architectural designs
  • Perform impact analyses and feasibility studies for technical solutions
  • Stay informed about emerging technology trends to drive continuous improvement

 

About You (Requirements):

You are someone who:

  • Is analytical with a strong focus on detail and enjoys collaborative problem-solving
  • Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English
  • Has at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in roles focused on requirements, QA, or data
  • Understands performance, scalability, error-handling, and system reliability
  • Is proficient in SQL, JSON, XML, UML, and similar technical toolsets
  • Has experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Can map processes and design user experiences
  • Experience in a large financial organisation would be beneficial

Location & Contract Details:

This position can be located both in Lithuania and Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 3600 to 5400 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Analyst – Business, Senior. From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to Technology Business Solutions under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
