Terms and Conditions for Finanskandidaten.dk
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of job advertisements on Finanskandidaten.dk, a digital platform dedicated to the dissemination of job opportunities in the finance sector.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Single advertisement: 5,500 DKK.
- 10 job advertisements: 50,000 DKK (save 5,000 DKK).
- 20 job advertisements: 95,000 DKK (save 15,000 DKK).
- 30 job advertisements: 135,000 DKK (save 30,000 DKK).
- Enterprise agreement: Special pricing upon agreement.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is made through invoicing via Economics, and the invoice is sent electronically to the provided email address.
3. Posting of Advertisements
Upon payment, a confirmation is received, and the advertiser will have the opportunity to post job ads as per the purchased package. Ads must comply with applicable laws and Finanskandidaten.dk's content guidelines.
4. Duration and Display
Single ads are displayed for 30 days from the date of posting, unless otherwise agreed. For package purchases, ads can be distributed over a period chosen by the advertiser, however within 12 months from the purchase date.
5. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of an ad is possible before publication. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded. Once published, refunds are not possible.
6. Liability and Warranties
Finanskandidaten.dk does not guarantee the filling of positions posted on the site and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses in connection with the use of the service.
7. Changes
Finanskandidaten.dk reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions with immediate effect. In the case of significant changes, existing customers will be informed via email.
8. Disputes
Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Danish law at the Danish courts.
