Experienced Change Manager – Organisational Implementation
Shape how strategic change becomes lasting value for customers, advisers and the business. You will lead the people side of strategic initiatives across Personal Banking Denmark, turning Forward '28 strategic initiatives into sustained adoption through stakeholder mobilisation and communication.
What you will be doing
You will join the Implementation team in AS&I DK, working across a portfolio of strategic initiatives to ensure advisers are ready, willing and able to adopt new tools, products and ways of working. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the bank, you will set clear implementation targets and anchor change over time.
- Assess change impacts and translate them into focused action plans
- Identify and mobilise sponsors and stakeholders across frontline units
- Define communication and training needs for new solutions
- Facilitate implementation and track adoption after launch
- Measure and review business outcomes to sustain change
About you
- Relevant higher education combined with organisational change management experience
- Strong record of building relationships and navigating complex stakeholder networks
- Ability to influence without formal authority in challenging environments
- Strong written and verbal communication in Danish and English
- Strong facilitation, planning and presentation skills
- Curiosity and sound judgement to challenge existing practices constructively
Previous experience in a customer-facing advisory environment would be valuable, along with familiarity with banking or financial services.
