At Business Banking Denmark, you will work with small and medium-sized companies, mid-market corporates, financial advisory, supporting credit analysis, sustainable finance solutions, Corporate M&A financing, execution of strategy and back-office support.
We are currently hiring finansbachelors, students and candidates who have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Junior profiles with commercial curiosity who are ready to start and excel their banking career in Nordea:
- Finansbachelors who are seeking an internship from August 2026.
- Students pursuing a university degree (Part-time position)
- Bachelor and master degree (Full-time employment)

As an intern you will have the opportunity to join one of our divisions covering either advisory services for medium and large enterprises. Property financing for large real estate companies and tenant-owned associations. Advisory services for start-up businesses and well established companies. Create credit and financial analyses to provide lending opportunities and sustainable solutions.
As a student you will have the opportunity to join either one of our back-office functions where you will work closely with advisors across Business Banking Denmark to create real value for our customers. Alternatively, you can join our division for Small Business & Entrepreneurs to help us become the fastest growing champion of Small Businesses.
As recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s degree you will have the opportunity to join either our Strategy & Solutions division to create credit and financial analyses to provide lending opportunities or be a driver for the commercial and digital development in Business Banking. We also provide opportunities to join either our Mid-Corp division or Small Business Entrepreneurs to provide advisory services for medium and large enterprises and start-up business to well-established companies.
